Often I am booked as a wedding gift by aunties, sisters, or bridesmaids.
What a lovely surprise to receive on your day.
I attend the wedding to paint a live scene of the day, or I may paint your wedding portrait from photos after the wedding.
This might include the bride & groom plus the beautiful venue. It may be the first dance moment. How about a scene of the couple with some four legged friends in the scene?
Whatever you chose, your loved ones will be delighted to receive a painting of the day.
I paint in watercolour on paper on the day. The painting will be completed by the end of the evening in a lovely frame.
You can let the bride know before the event that I am coming as a gift or I can simply show up as a surprise. ( the first option is better etiquette)
I can be also booked for VIP guest portraits during drinks reception where I paint your guests from posed photos. Guests are always very happy to receive a little keepsake of the day and what better gift than a painting of themselves.
